CANCELLATION POLICY - Should you need to cancel a confirmed booking please allow us 24 hours notice prior to the booking. We will be more than happy to reschedule this for you. In the instance of a cancellation made within the 24 hour notice period the price will be charged in full for any treatments. Any deposits made for any group bookings are non refundable, unless the booking is cancelled with at least 3 weeks notice.

All colour services require a skin test at least 48hrs prior to appointment for new clients. Other clients may be required to have a skin test if it has been over three months since their last colour appointment in the salon.

Quotations given over the phone for services are strictly estimates and are subject to change. If you require an exact quotation, please inform your stylist prior to any service.

Refunds and exchanges on retail products will only be given on unopened and unused products.
